Creating a loacl user for ASA 5520 and restrict access

Hi, I have created a local user on my ASA for and external company to access via SSL VPN.

The account has a privilege level 0 and I have set the option on the account to "No ASDM, SSH, Telnet or Console Access", but it says "This setting is effective only if AAA authenticate console command is configured", how and where do I set this?

aaa authentication http console LOCAL

aaa authentication ssh console LOCAL

One small query ..how did you achive this ...
