IPSEC ISSUE.

Hi,

ISAKMP got stuck in reponder mode its coming up intiator mode..Is there any issue...

2 IKE Peer: 1.1.1.1

Type : L2L Role : responder

Rekey : no State : MM_ACTIVE

No issue - normal output for a VPN peer, the remote end just happend to initiate the VPN tunnel.

If you side inititate it, it would read:-

Type : L2L Role :initiator

I have initiated the traffic..Still its showing responder mode only..

This makes no difference. You may think that you have initiated the connection; however, in this situation that is not the case.
