@reesha hello, i have tested you path from R3 > PC1. remove static route 192.168.1.0/24 to serial0/1/1 in R3 and remove 192.168.1.0 static route in R1. then that path will start working. do the same finding on other paths and correct the routing.

hi, can i know why this static route 192.168.1.0/24 to serial0/1/1 in R3 should be removed?

@reesha Serial 0/1/1 is connected to another router. which have network 192.168.2.0. not the 192.168.1.0
