ConnectWise ticket integration

The ConnectWise ticket integration documentation is a bit scant.

Automated ticket resolution doesn't seem to work, the tests I've done have just opened another ticket with at resolved status.

How does the integration fed back? There doesn't seem to be any uniqueness in the Onplus generated ticket and there aren't any cross references set.

Can you please categorize for me the event that is not closing correctly on ConnectWise?

Also, can you send me your User ID? We'd like to look at the tickets that were sent and for what user type.

I’ve tested by shutting down the SMTP service on a monitored server, waiting and restarting.

I’ll get two tickets.
