Error adding new customer

I'm trying to add a new customer from the partner portal and keep getting an error when I try to save the customer information.

There is no explanation about why the error is occuring. I tried to add it again, logged out of the portal and tried again and it still won't let me add it.

Any suggestions?

Error adding new customer

Okay, after more troubleshooting, this is the same problem I experienced recently where the DNS resolution by Cox Communications in OK doesn't like some of the web redirects that are occurring within the Onplus portal. I opened a VPN connection to another network using another ISP besides Cox and was able to add the new customer.
