Error on first scanning

Hello everyone,

After the first installation, I've tryed to do the network scanning on a specific device but I recived this error:

"The OnPlus scanner did not load completely. Either required scanner files may not have loaded or you may not have  given permission to run scanner. Please close and re-open the browser.  If the problem persists, request assistance..."

On the Events log there are some Warning and a Critical issue:

GET from server failed -- SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

Bundle retrieval unsuccessful after 2, backgrounding

Have you any idea about the error?

I've already reseted the device and re-inizialized it but nothing is changed on Event log.

I do really appreciate your help
