How do change IP address of OnPlus ON100-K9 after install?

Hi all,

I have installed an ON100 at a clients site - all working ok except I now what to change its IP address. It was initially assigned by DHCP but now I want to give it a static IP but the IP address field of the ON100 is greyed out when I select that device.

How do I change its IP?

I just checked a couple of our ON100 units - both of these allowed me to change the IP address.

I connected to the unit, using OnPlus site - logged in with the password, listed under "profile" - then selected "Configuration" - "Configure Additional Network Settings" - image attached.

You probably have already tried this
