Issues with logging into OnPlus while using Microsoft Windows Server
Dear OnPlus users,
We have recently found a few networks that have had difficulty in logging into OnPlus, and were using Microsoft Windows Server. These customers were discovered to have the EDNS option enabled, which would result in incorrect routing to the OnPlus server.
We have identified a work-around for this issue, and have applied it to the OnPlus portal, however if you are still encountering this issue please disable EDNS on your Microsoft Windows Server.
