Multiple MAC addresses - same device

I may be missing something with this - so apologies in advance, if this is the case.

We have a device - showing up with Multiple MAC addresses - last 4 characters are different.

Is there a reason for this - seen this on a couple of sites. Image attached -

It appears to be the same Device - same IP address for 2 entries - different MAC addresses for all entries.

Admitted 2 devices are "state" - Missing.

If we are to implement auto entry of discoverd devices by OnPlus into our PSA - would this now be 3 devices? [YES / NO]

- If YES - I now have 3 devices added to a Managed Service agreement from our PSA application. BUT only one actual device.

Re: Multiple MAC addresses - same device

Any update on this - it would appear this is not the only post that has mentioned this - see Samsung printer shows up twice on network ??
