New stuff in OnPlus - January, 2012

Hello to all our OnPlus users!

Our recent upgrade on Saturday, Jan 21st went very smoothly, and we’re excited to tell you about some new features we’ve introduced:

PSA Tickets Automatically Closed

As you know (and some of you are already using a Professional Service Automation tool), OnPlus can log the events that occur on your customers’ networks in your PSA’s ticketing module, so they can be given the appropriate attention, and closed when resolved.

Now, OnPlus will not only open a ticket in your preferred PSA, but it will also close those tickets that have naturally been resolved.

For example, if a device were to loose connectivity due to a momentary power outage, a ticket would occur in your PSA for your attention. If that same device were to come back up again, the ticket that was just opened will be resolved automatically on your behalf.

Please note: This feature is now available only on Autotask, however will be added for Connectwise in our next upgrade.
