on plus group access

I have a group of technical staffers that have onplus portal access.

I registered UC320 device under a specific custoemr name and I want all my staffers to be able to access the customer.

When I send them an invite, they get the register as an onplus user page and cannot respond appropriately ...

They cannot see any equipment unless they register it.

Of course, they cannot register as a new user, e.g. get a new onplus account; because their personal information already exists in the onplus user DB....

This causes several problems. primarily because it means the user who registers the new customer must be totally responsible for the product.

Is there a work around???

What is your recommendation.

    I would think you could link users groups but ...
