OnPlus account not letting me login

Hi,

I was originally registered on the onplus Beta program and my account always worked fine. Now the proper portal is online and the ON100 devices are out I am trying to use https://www.cisco-onplus.com/?r=1 and it will not let me login. I have tried registering a new account but it tells me it is already registered. I also reset my cisco account password and this did not help.

please help.

Could you please verify if you are able to log into: https://www.onplusbeta.com/

Also, after resetting the cisco account password, are you able to log into other places on cisco.com?

Gerrad - Could you please also send me a Private Message with your User ID and First/Last name? I'd like to verify your account has access to cisco-onplus.

I received your Private Message. I have deleted your beta account. You can now go onto www.cisco-onplus.com and register a new account for access.
