Onplus registration site off-line?

I tried to register as a new user on the www.cisco-onplus.com website.

The registration link redirects to this web site https://1-dfw.cisco-onplus.com/register.html

which generates a

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Any thoughts on how to register as a new user?

The registration URL you have listed is working for me under Internet Explorer v9. Which version of IE are you using?

Hi Michael,

I’m using IE8.

I’m using Cox Communications for my office internet connection.

I tried several different computers here in my office, with some running IE8, IE9 and firefox and none of those computers can access the registration web site.

I opened a VPN connection to one of my customers networks and tried to access the registration site from there network and it worked.

They use a different ISP.

Maybe Cox Communications is having an issue?

Anyway, you are correct the web site is up.

Onplus registration site off-line?

Hi Jeff,

I was having the same issue today on ATT Uverse and testing from Cox. The fix was in this forum (at least a temp fix):

Changing our forwarders to Google DNS and flushing cache fixed it for IE9 and FF
