So I was wondering if you had given some thought to inventory options for the service.
These are WMI commands:
1) Software list (product get name,version)
2) Serial number (bios get serialnumber)
3) Model (baseboard get product or computersystem get model)
You are currently pulling out memory and hard drive space, this would be a handy thing to be able to produce a report based on this.
You would be able to do software list and produce an unofficial list of software installed on all computers. You could have serial and model so that if you have to call for warranty, it would be there for you.
