Unable to Login for CISCO onplus

Hello,

i cant´t login on the WebSite for CISCO onPlus.

I became a invitation with my CISCO-ID and going on with the link.

But nothing works on Cisco onPLUS. The Login for CISCO.com works.

Whats the problem?

Hi Gordon,

Have you registered for the Cisco OnPlus Service yet? To register, either follow the link in the email invitation you received or browse to www.cisco-onplus.com and click the "Sign Up Now" text and complete the registration form. Once registered you will shortly receive an email with instructions on how to log in.

Hello Michael,

we have an invition from our partner via cisco onplus and follow this link for activation.

the activation was successfully, but the login doesn´t work.

A new "sign up now" brings an error, that the account-name (our cisco id) exists.

We press the forgot Mail button to check the Mail-Adress, that´s ok.

But we know our password, it works on cisco.com but not und cisco-onplus.com

how we go on? thanks

Hi Gordon,

Once you have activated via the link, the partner who sent you the link must approve you.  They should go to the Agent tab, and click on Pending Agents.

Hi Gordon,

One other question:

Do you work with the person who sent you the invitation or are you a customer of theirs?

If you work at the same company as the person who invited you then they will need to approve your account as Andy mentioned. If you are a customer of the person who invited you then please let us know the name of the Cisco Partner who invited you and/or the name of your business.

the error-message was

"username or password are not right. try again"

The Cisco-onplus windows ist staying and wait of a new input for user and password.
