Why is the warranty information for this UC540 not showing?

Tyler, can you please send the MAC address and SN for the device, along with the URL link from your browser to that customer's topology page, either via PM, or directly to me via email at mikhollo@cisco.com? I'll be happy to investigate why this isn't showing up for you. Thanks!

Thanks, I received your email with the details. This looks like a bug in OnPlus, we'll look into that and get this fixed asap.

The warranty data is there if you drill down into the customer device and select Support > Warranty, but it doesn't appear when you choose Cisco > Warranty from the Overview screen, as is evidenced in your screenshot.
