CUWL PRO License issues

Trying to build out CUWL PRO Licenses and there are a couple issues. I'm not getting an option to add services (ESW, UCSS or SWSS). Also, the options are very limited and do not jive with the ordering guide. For example, I cannot select Presence, Unity Connection or WebEx options.

I have reviewed the issue and my suggestion to you for this matter would be to open a case with the Cisco Commerce Workspace Support Team (CCW Team). Either create a case online at csgbprod@cisco.com or by calling 1-800-553-6387 options 5,2,3,.

No matter which method you decide to create your case, CCW Team will serve as your first point of contact. They will then route your request on to the appropriate party for review.
