Problem to config SUSA services in CCW

Hello,

I have problem to configure in CCW the CON-SUSA services for ASA firewall with IPS.

When I config the services in ASA, I have only config the PSS services (for example CON-PSUP-A15IPS9). The SUSA services not avalible for selection.

Anyone know how to configure SUSA Services in CCW??.

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for bringing this concern to us.

As per further research,CON-SUSA-A15IPS9 is mapped to  SKU ASA5515-IPS-K9, however it is not available in CCW. You can  order  SKU ASA5515-IPS-K9 without the service, and then order the service to  your distributor (if you are a distributor, you may order it directly to Cisco).

As per system functionality, even if the service is mapped to a top part  number but service is not available in CCW, system will not accept it, and you  will just have an error in you configuration that might delay your order.

If you have any further questions/clarifications regarding this, we suggest  that you open a case with the CCW  Support Team for further investigation.  Either create a case online at http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace or by calling 1-800-553-6387 options 2 and 3.

If this is your first time to open a case using Customer Service Central, you  will need to sign in to your My Cisco Workspace (http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace)    and then add the Customer Service Central module to your Workspace to   open and  manage your cases online. Help and support documentation is   available on  Operations Exchange.
