Route Registration fails to recognize valid CCO ID

I'm trying to route the registration to the client's technician using a valid CCO ID but I keep getting "the user ID entered does not exist."

Any thoughts?

I also can not access to SMS3 with my CCO, pls can anybody help me urgent!! Because is very urgent.
