Hello Team,

Description: Need to know the reason why the list price of the 8x5 and 24x7 is exactly the same for the SKU# L-TMS-SW-PAK  in the CCW tool.

Good Day!

As per further checking this with TS product management team "the reason why they’re the same price is because, ultimately, the deliverable is the same. Product L-TMS-25 is the e-delivery of 25 TMS system licenses and is a software product. Whether the customer selects ECDN (8x5xNBD) or ECMU (SW support+upgrades), they’re still getting the same deliverable: support and upgrades through Software Download Center, TAC access, etc., but no hardware replacement because it’s not a hardware item".

Good Day!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have reviewed your request and for now we suggest that you open a case with the CCW Support Team for further investigation to check with the PID owners the reason behind why service prices are the same for this SKU# L-TMS-SW-PAK . Either create a case online at http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace or by calling 1-800-553-6387 options 2 and 3.

If this is your first time to open a case using Customer Service Central, you will need to sign in to your My Cisco Workspace (http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace) and then add the Customer Service Central module to your Workspace to open and manage your cases online. Help and support documentation is available on Operations Exchange.
