Our customer have tried to contact the Cisco last week and they said the support contract is bound with Macroview Telecom (reseller) account instead of the customer (Atkins) account, which makes them not able to download the ACS software image / open TAC case. Would anyone from service contract help to transfer the subscription from our account to their account?
