aggregate Single sided STM1 into 10Gb

Hi I have some single sided STM1-STM4-STM16-STM64 only the TX, I need to aggregate that into 10Gb... Can I use the ONS 15454 for that? if yes how can I ensure the port will go on when there is only one SFP in it, for security reason the port shut it self down? thanks for any advice

The 15454 supports unidirectional circuits. You might be able to use this feature.
