Can't log in to ML-1000 card

Hi all.

We have an ML-1000 card in one our 454 shelves that we can't log in to by either telnet or using CTC.

When we attempt to log in, the screen displays the Username prompt three times and then gives us an EID-1023 Session has been terminated error.

All the other ML cards in our network are responding just fine.

Any ideas?

Option 1 - Try the console port on the card.

Option 2 - Reconfig the card

1. Login to CTC

2. Copy the config from the card

3. Edit the downloaded config/password

4. Load the new config to the card in CTC

5. Reset the card
