We currently have about 18 Major alarms on our network that we can't seem to clear out of CTM. We are using CTM ver. 7.0. The alarm is: Maximum login Attempts reached for user. Is it possible to clear this alarm from CTM? We have exhausted a day looking for any info on how to do this and can't seem to find anything. So we are certain it is not due to a security issue but due to someone mistyping their password too many times. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
