Error in ONS 15454 NE backup

Hi ,

I'm working on a GNE and subtending NE setup with ONS 15454.When i run the COPY-RFILE TL1 command parallely through a script, I'm getting the following error from the NE.

/* ERROR - -5000 - FTP Error */

Any pointers on the root cause of this error would be helpful.

Hi.

I see, you have ONS 15454 Multishelf Node.

Do you see in CTC Substending Shelf w/o problem ?

Do you try reset Control Cards on the Node Controlleand Substending Shelf ?

Cisco use FTP for data transmission beetwen NC and SS.

Do you see same error, when download SW via CTC ?

What Control Cards ans version SW do you use ?

and what version SW you download to the NE ?
