Hi Sunil

From the table, which one is relate with my card. Because I see OSNR, FEC Type, Pre-FEC BER, POST,FEC BER

that how i know my card is relate with  T_T

Thanks

V

i think the first two row.

check for "Input Power Sensitivity"

-8 to -20 dBm C-band

Hi Sunil

So, I just change RX power high value in optics threshold > choose type "alarm" > and change to be -4 or -5, correct?

so, what is type "TCA" in optics thresholds? because i found the value is not match in alarm type.

Thanks

V

yeah thats correct.

TCA threshold is for threshold crossing alerts, if you go to Alarm tab -- filter -- click on "NA" option, that is for threshold.

these threshold alarms you will see in purple colour.

Still confuse about threshold crossing alerts. What is the main object for crossing alerts? is it difference with alarm ?

Thanks

V

TCA - Threshold crossing alert, they are also a kind of alarms but you can take them as a type of warnings.

Alarms - they are alarms indicating something is severely impacted.

so we have different thresholds under each card and ports for raising TCA and alarms.

Hi Sunil

I am clear....

Thanks with your great support
