Loss of connection between node and CTC- msg

We have 18 nodes al ons15454 family .

We have two rings , each one has a Gateway to our network at one location.

Using version 10 of the Standalone CTC

ONS15454 nodes just upgraded to version 9.8, mix of tcc2p(lite) and TNC ( full ) cards.

We ussaly sign on to the the main ring which is 167.54.248.10 on our ctc java preferances we add

the other ring nodes as additional nodes on 167.54.248.70.

We get the message on the other nodes only not the main ring we are signed on to.

We use a common server that everybody signs on to and from there we launch the CTC.

The server is connected to a router which is then connected to the ONS15454 Tcc2p card.

Ans: the CTC lite that runs on our server has to be the same version loaded on the GNE

we had upgraded those nodes with version 9.8.1 which also required 9.8.1 ctc lite.

Currenlty upgrading to 9.8.12 to address the heartbleed bug.

Can you open a TAC case and this can be investigated?

Is SOCKS Proxy configured on the nodes?

In block addressed rings like you've described (unless I misread) the Proxy can help keep the connections active.
