Regarding STM channel

Hi,

At End A we have an STM-1 connectivity, wherein we have created E1 channel. and other end has been connected with 2Mb modem.

All Links connecting to the same STM is working fine, expect one channel.It is showing as

Serial0/3/0.1/1/6/3:0 is down, line protocol is down

both the ends are framed and configuration is correct.

If this is a physical port we would have verified Physical issues, as it's a logical port, how it can be sorted out. ISP is claiming you have to check from your end. please guide.

not sure, the configuration and topoly is required in this case,

amybe WAN people are best to answer,

but you need to check KLM, it should have to be same between interconnecting nodes.

Putting a loop at different point will help to isolate the issue. Moving to different E1 channel on the router can also be tried.
