hi.

i have 3 Lan in city A , City B , City C (each city use and Cisco switch 2960)

i have 2 core fiber optic (from City A to City B) and 2 core fiber optic (from City B to City C)

i want use fiber optic to ethernet converter for connecting city A to B and B to C.

note that city B need 2 fiber optic ports. (A to B) and (B to c).

(i want to integrate Lan A,LanB,LanC)

whitch device you recommend? distance from A to B is: 50 KM , and B to C is 80 KM.

DO you have copper uplink or Optical uplink in your switch? If OPtical uplink them you can take GLC-ZX-SM= .I think can go till 80Km.

From your post look like you have copper and you can use a media converter which can go 50KM & 80Km.

Or you can use a SDH/SONET box with ethernet capability since your link is linear so i dont think you will get any advantage of SDH/SONET ring protection.

If you only have copper uplinks, then purchasing two pairs of the 80km media converters should do the trick (example at link below:
