Is there any possibility to set up the node ip address, mask and default gateway by the CLI command on the TCC2P card.

Yes, via the TL1 command line.

See:

1. You can reach the TL1 CLI by Telnetting to port 3083.

EX: telnet 192.1.0.2 3083

You should get the '>' prompt.

You could also connect to the Craft interface on the TCC2P card.

2. Start the TL1 session:

EX: ACT-USER::CISCO15:123::otbu+1;

Where CISCO15 is the User ID and otbu+1 is the password.

3. Use the ED-NE-GEN command

SYNTAX:

ED-NE-GEN:[]:::::[NAME=],[IPADDR=],

[IPMASK=],[DEFRTR=],[IIOPPORT=],

[NTP=],[ISPROXYSERVER=],[ISFIREWALL=],

[SUPPRESSIP=],[MODE=];

Edits the general node attributes of an NE.

EX: ED-NE-GEN:::123:::IPADDR=10.89.251.201,IPMASK=255.255.255.192,DEFRTR=10.89.251.193;
