Is there anyway to change the IP adress of a 15454 via telnet?

Following is a link to the TL1 command descriptions for 4.0

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/hw/optical/ps2006/products_command_reference_chapter09186a0080154e98.html#149008

Once a telnet connection has been established, use the following command to establish a TL1 session with the 15454 : 3.4.1 ACT-USER: Activate User

Use the following command to change the IP address/mask/gateway : 3.4.42 ED-NE-GEN: Edit Network Element General

The IP address does not take effect till the 454 has been rebooted. Use the following command to restart the box : 3.4.76 INIT-SYS: Initialize System .

Warning - Initializing the system will cause traffic disruption and the node will be unavailable for a few minutes.

If you have a different code installed, other than 4.0, search Cisco.com for the correct TL1 command usage for your version.

Let me know if you have questions.

Praveen.
