Updating CTC on ONS15454 to latest version

I need to update my CTC on my ONS15454 to a newer version. Does anyone have a recommended process to update?

For example best way to update, what should be backed up before updating and how and/or any pitfalls that I may run into while doing this.

Cisco has a page with the procedure to upgrading CTC to the latest version on the 15454 platform:

You will need to login to the site to view the guide.  The key, before doing anything, is backing-up the database off of the TCCs before you do anything.  Also make sure that the cards you have in your shelf (as well as client PC) are supported in the newer version of CTC.
