BIP(2) Parity Error + Far End Block Error

Hi not having any exerience in the transmission world i have a a cisco 10000k with SONET CARDS running with au-4-tug-3 system. i am seeing under sh controllers au-4-tug-3 3/0/0.1/3 details

A very hi amount of BIP (2) FEBE. Can anyone advise on diagnosis?

The problem should be PMPE issue on SDRAM. Check the SDRAM on the Cisco 10000. If there is a problem with the SDRAM try changing the SDRAM and check if you are getting the errors.
