Comm's CommView 1.0 is interoperability with Cisco CallManager

We are using Commview now. It seems clunky and we are migrating to CallManager. I may have a window to possibly change the CDR software if it makes sense. I was looking to see if other companies are happy with CommView or recommend a similar product.
