7910 Phone Volume

Can anyone confirm that Bug CSCdw93726 is also a part of CM 3.1.3a SPD? I'm using phone load P00403010107 and the volume on the 7910 phones was set very low after the upgrade (from 3.12c with ES2).

You need to change to the load P00403010400. I think it is in 3.1(3a)spd. Take a look at the c:\program files\cisco\tftppath and see if you see it. That is where the bug is fixed in the phone load not particular the callmanager version.

From what I can tell, it looks like the bug is fixed in load P00403010400 and later for the 7910 phone. If you look at the readme file for Support Patch D, it says in Step 2 to change the device default for 7910 phones to P00403010400. So you should give that a try...
