DO i have to create extra handler for after hour and holiday greeting? By default after hour call go to inteview, how can I change it to transfer to customized after hour greeting? Thanks<br><br>

I'm not entirely sure I get what you're asking... there are already Standard and Off Hours greetings (among others) for all subscribers and call handlers. You can record seperate greetings and have seperate behavior on the after greeting actions for each of these. What, exactly, are you having trouble doing?

But actually after hour agreeting using inteview handler greeting by default. Do I just change the record for the interview handler or is there a after hour greeting ? can I find it?

Interview handlers don't use schedules... there's only one set of questions you can record for them. To do seperate interviewers for standard and off hours you'd create two interview handlers and then use a call handler to route calls to the correct one base on the standard vs. off hours schedule. Have the after greeting action for standard be to go to the interviewer for your standard questions and have the after greeting action for the off hours to to the off hours interviewer.
