I have encountered an issue when using Avaya's IP softphone with Cisco's IPSEC VPN client software. A remote Cisco vpn user can connect to the central Avaya IP Office server, but voice does not work. Avaya says that IP Voice works with site-to-site vpn but does not work with Cisco's remote VPN client.
Any suggestions, recommendations, or workarounds would be appreciated.

Disable the QoS Packet Scheduler for the VPN client adapter and this should work fine. ANd also use VPN client above 4.x
