When we create a call handler and set it to call a cell phone by using the "Yes, Ring a subscriber at this extension", it calls the cell phone, but hangs up the call after about 3 seconds. Any ideas about why this is happening and how to fix it?

Are you doing a supervised transfer or a release? Is it hanging up or releasing the call (i.e. does it think someone answered and is releasing it)?
If the call is being hung up on, you'll want to look at some Call Manager traces to see what's up... Unity wouldn't terminate the call. It'd release it to the dialed number or pull it back (assuming you're doing a supervised transfer and no answer was detected).

We are doing a supervised transfer because our switch doesn't allow transfers to an outgoing line for security reasons. As for hanging up or releasing the call, it seems to be releasing the call. Once it is released, i.e. answered on the cell, the call gets ended (on the land line), and it eventually goes back to dialtone.
