Cisco Attendant Console

Hii Experts,,

I had installed Cisco attendant Console, but when I using the publisher IP I cannot see any directory number but everythings else are working fine, and when I change the IP address to the subscriber I can see the DNs.Any help on this..

Restart the following services:

Attendant Console

CTI Manager

Telephony Call Dispatcher

Note: I have CCM 4.1 and where i can find attendance console service.
