Hi all,

I upgraded the attenedant console to Console version: 1.1(3) with the Server version also being 1.1(3)

Since the upgrade we do not get the users names calling coming up on the screen of the attendant console. The phone still shows the name.

Is this bug in this release? Or how can I resolve this to display the callers ID.

This is a bug in Cisco CallManager Attendant Console Version Server 1.1(3).

Right now, there is no workaround for this.
