Connection PLAR OPX command not sending Caller ID info

I have the following configuration and the IP phone rings, but no caller id is sent with the connection, does anyone know how to enable this?

voice-port 2/0/0

timeouts call-disconnect 3

connection plar opx 100

include "caller-id enable" under your voice-port configuration. Also, make sure it is an FXO-M1 VIC.

the caller-id enable is not a choice under the voice port, I am running 12.2.11T on a 3640. am I missing somthing?

If you're using an FXO port, make sure that it's a VIC-2FXO-M1 that has battery reversal for caller ID support. If you have an VIC-2FXO it will not support caller ID.
