Extension Mobility Question.

How many simultaneous profile can make over the same cluster?

i need at least 500 profile! Is possible?

I don't see a problem with that, although I don't know what theoretical limits there are, if any. I would definitely recommend that you use Cisco CallManager 3.3 to attempt this. Any earlier version requires you to use the CRA engine to accomplish Extension Mobility, and there is a lot more overhead involved there.
