Fast Dials Anyway to Update user names and pin with BAT ?

Hi ,

Is there any way to have the user names and pins updated for all users using BAT.

The reason being is users get an error unless they go to CCMUser and update the parameters USerID an PIN.

It would be nice to be able to do this for them so when they select the services key then speed dial they dont get the error..

There is no way. You have to do the painful job manually for every phone. Sorry.

Hi,

I have a tool to add services to Devices/Profiles,

like PAB/PFD, a csv file with device,userID,PIN is all you need.
