Fax PSTN - Router 2821 - VG248

Hi, need help...

I have problem sending faxes from:

PSTN---E1 PRI---Router H323 2821---VG248 H323 confgured on CCM, not works

But, sending faxes from:

FXO---Same router H323 2821---Same VG248 H323 configured on CCM, works good

I am using fax passtrough global and dial-peer. Any idea?

Can you paste your dial-peer configs. at a min you should have,

a. modem passthrough

b. fax rate disable

to disable fax relay and enable fax passthrough.

Under vg248, port settings do the following.

a. disable fax relay

b. disable fax relay ecm

c. override nsf 0000 (setting)

d. set fax passthrough mode to ios mode.

Cristian,

The fax protocol pass-through comamnd doesnt work. You need to use the modem pass-trhough command instead.
