IE 5000 PTP Time Sync Issue

Hello, I’m a newbie here trying to have the Cisco IE 5000 use PTP as it’s time source. I’m using a SEL-2488 satellite synchronized clock as the gm clock. I setup the ie5000 as a boundary clock. I see that the switch is seeing the correct time in the PTP clock and also any downstream devices are receiving the correct PTP time.

However, the switch clock itself isn’t syncing with its PTP clock. Is there a way to force sync the internal clock to PTP clock?

Are you sure your posting this in the appropriate part of the community? I have never heard of something named Cisco IE 5000 in relation to any unified communication or collaboration topic. Googling Cisco IE 5000 gives a lot of matches in industrial switches. If that is what you have it would likely be better if you post this in the Switch category.
