Hi,
I have one question regarding backup for an IP Phone.
I have IP PHones in agencies and CCM in centralised site.
The agency is linked to CCM site via WAN. The Wan access of the agency is SDSL and with backup via ADSL on same router.
When I tested the backup, i started a conversation before, cut the SDSL link, and found out that the IP Phone lost contact with CCM but communication did continu !!! Is this normal ?
Should the communication be cut ?
