List of CRM packages

Friends,

I need to know about the list of the CRM packages, which are supported by ICM 4.5/4.6 directly. That means ICM should have all the drivers to integrate with that CRM packages.

Please list out the CRM pacakages names which can integrate with the ICM by the help of the third party tool or any customized tool.

Please listout the CRM which are currently not supported in both direct and indirect way.

Siebel is the only CRM for which Cisco directly provides the driver. Oracle, SAP, E.piphany, Kana, Peoplesoft, Chordiant, Pegasystems are all vendors that provide drivers that work with ICM.

Thank you for you kind information. In your CRM list I can find that the Clarify, Pivotal, etc are missing.

Consider your mail, Clarify, Pivotal vendors are not providing any driver file to connect with ICM.

Do you know any other concern develop the interface for Clarify to talk to ICM?
