I have a GW (1751) the ios is 12.3 (17a) this should support mgcp but it will not let me enter the ccm-manager commands. has the command changed?

also one of my FXS ports will receive calls but will not make them and when you pick up the phone you get a strange dial tone,

What IOS feature set are you using? You would need to use the IP Voice feature set for MGCP.

The software advisor tool would be of great help
