Using Unity 3.0 and CM 3.1(2c). <br>Had MWI lights working on phones. It has stopped working.<br>From an IP Phone we can manually light MWI using the MsgWaitingON extension and are able to turn it off.<br><br>On the Unity server in Event Viewer under Application Log found the following:<br><br>FAILED TO SET MESSAGE WAITING LAMP FOR TEST3, EXT 4009, SWITCH 1, CLUSTER 0, REASON NO SUITABLE PORT.<br><br>I have checked the TSP settings everything matches.<br><br><br><br>

A few things I've run into...
1) Make sure that on the ports in the SA you have the extension numbers for the ports defined.
2) Also on your ports make sure that there is at least one port availble to Set MWI
Have you introduced any new translation/route patterns since they were working?

Found problem.
This is a dual integration. Somehow, someone changed the ports so that all eight were assigned to the PBX switch and none to CM.
I changed the PBX to use ports 1 to 4 (4-port Dialogic card)
and ports 5 to 8 for CM. Stop/Restart and all is working.
