Null name for device

I have updated my CMM4.1.3 with ciscocm.4-1-DevPack-28.2, for it to support 7911 phones. But After the updated my ccm support 7911 alright but we can nomore login and logout with the 7912 we get Null name for device. The firmware on the 7912 is CP7912080001SCCP051117A.sbin

Please assist.

you need to schedule a reboot of the callmanager server after the Device Pack installation. Try this..

Thanks, I did that but still the same thing.

Other model of phones (7960, 7971, and 7911) are not affected.

I think It has something do do with the firmware on the 7912 after the upgrade.

I just can't get a way to downgrade the firmware.
